Welder/ Fitter (Former Employee) says

"This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The owner does not care about his workers or the people around him. It was not a good a good experience"

"built projects as instructed, many reworks were necessary due to badly designed projects. Managers were not available to help when issues come up. Very "clicky" and you knew you were an outsider there.paid on timeturnover and lack of projects...hired a bunch of welders then fired people almost daily"

Builder (Former Employee) says

"Servtech is a good company to work for, however some of the supervisors are not entirely aware of what the CEO wants resulting in workers getting in trouble. I don't think the CEO himself is entirely aware of what is happening around the shop. My time working there, all I have heard is how poorly the company is being ran. The hours are good and allows each worker to work overtime if they want to. It's a very demanding job with good pay and benefits. The only issue I have is the management.benefits, pay, hourspoor management"

Home Based Medical Transcriptionist (Current Employee) says

"Every day was a new day and learned something new through the staff, colleagues, management all of which were very nice and cooperative and the most enjoyable part of the job was being in the office."
